Java Furniture offers a range of furniture products and related services (collectively, "Products"). The availability of Products and services may vary by location and may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any Products that we offer. All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, Products, and prices of Products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our Products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee that your device will accurately display such colours.
A selected amount of our Products are handmade which means that some Products may vary slightly from the Product images used on our website. Our website Product images are to be used as a guide only and Java Furniture will not be liable for any Product that varies from the website Product images and description. In purchasing a Product from our website, you understand that there may be a slight variance from Product to Product.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 15% GST.
We reserve the right to modify prices for Products shown on our website at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
To place an order, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal and payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment means used to initiate any transaction. By submitting such information, you grant to Java Furniture the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Shipping and Delivery
Java Furniture offers delivery within New Zealand, subject to additional delivery fees. Delivery times may vary depending on the Products ordered, location, and other factors. We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Products in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the ordering process. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to our return policy. The Products must be in their original condition, and you must have the original packaging and all accessories and documentation that shipped with the Products. The return shipping fee will be at your own expense. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

The Site and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, code, design, and other material ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Java Furniture, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
